Dining options nearby were scarce, and staff communication was lackluster—definitely not the exemplary hospitality you'd hope for. This hotel felt more like a bad joke than a getaway.

I found the easy access to nearby parks like Chiesa di San Giuseppe just a short walk away and cultural spots such as Prato Cathedral made my stay enjoyable as I love strolling through cities and discovering landmarks. however, it was a bit disappointing that the room I received wasn't the one I had expected based on prior communication.
